SCOPE
Second-storey addition and full internal renovation to an existing Petersham residence. Urban Built Projects delivered the structural extension within the home's original footprint, preserving the existing architectural character while adding three bedrooms and a family bathroom to the new upper level. Scope included structural works for the second-storey addition, internal reconfiguration of the ground floor, full kitchen design and build, custom joinery throughout, and complete repainting of the dwelling inside and out.
DELIVERY
The second-storey addition was built to integrate with the existing structure, with the new upper level housing three bedrooms and a contemporary family bathroom. Internal finishes include a bespoke shaker-style kitchen built to a client-selected palette, with custom cabinetry and joinery carried through to adjoining living zones for a consistent finish. Lighting was specified to align with the joinery layout. Two bathrooms were fitted out to a premium specification, and the entire dwelling was repainted internally and externally as part of the works.
