The new structure was built to a fully modern specification behind a period-detailed façade approved under conservation requirements. Upper-level construction includes cathedral ceilings, with two of the three double bedrooms finished with raked ceilings. Commercial-grade glazing was specified throughout for thermal performance and year-round comfort. Internal finishes include herringbone oak flooring across living zones, a floating timber staircase, and bespoke joinery to all three bedrooms.
